Sahaja Yoga Pujas

55 Years

Celebrating 55th Year Anniversary of Sahaja Yoga

About this video project

5th May 2025, marks 55 years since Her Holiness Shri Mataji opened the Sahasrara in 1970 and bestowed the gift of Sahaja Yoga to humanity. We are inviting yogis from all countries to record a video of thanks to HH Shri Mataji and a message to Seekers informing them of the significance of Sahaja Yoga for their spiritual journey. Videos will be published on two YouTube channels – one for Yogis and one for seekers.

This is an ongoing project so please feel free to participate whenever you are ready. See guidelines below for recording and submitting your video.

Thank You Shri Mataji

This is an ongoing project so please feel free to participate whenever you are ready. Here’s some guidelines for the video recordings.

Please upload your raw recordings to us via the above Upload button. We’ll look after the editing with opening titles, subtitles, adding music etc. Please include your name and the country you are representing.

  • The essence of the recordings is to thank HH Shri Mataji for giving us the gift of Sahaja Yoga in 1970.
  • If possible, please record two devotional versions to be shared with Sahaja Yogis – one in English and one in your native language – both directed to HH Shri Mataji.
  • And if possible, record two other ‘seekers’ versions to be shared with the public directed to seekers talking about the significance of Self Realisation, Shri Mataji and Sahaja Yoga.
  • video recordings should be of yogis facing video camera.
  • record in a quiet place with no bright lights behind you.
  • record any duration but try to keep it to under 2 to 3 mins.
  • if possible, include the English translation text for the non-English videos.
  • invite other yogis to also participate – everyone is welcome to participate.
  • we will share your final YouTube videos with you.

Many thanks for participating.

Jai Shri Mataji!
