Easter Working Groups

Dear Sahaja Yogi Brothers and Sisters,

We are pleased to invite you to join a team to help with the operation of the 2026 Easter Seminar at Balmoral.

There are many tasks to be done with everyone welcome, after all, every aspect is a collective effort which will fill all with divine bliss and joy doing Mother’s work.

Below are the Working Group teams which list the typical tasks and the link to join the group’s WhatsApp Group. You are welcome to join as many groups as you wish!

Child & Fire Safety and Security Group

Tasks

  • Ensure all attendees have registered and have current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Help international guests complete international WWCC form
  • Be familiar with emergency protocols .
  • Keep an eye out for children.
  •  Keep an eye out for strangers, approach and question if present.
  • Inform Yogi’s with dogs that they need to be on leash for child safety.

Music, Entertainment & Presentations Group

Tasks

  •  Take care of schedule and program during the Easter Seminar
  • Performances and Entertainment Evenings
  • Shri Mataji’s Procession Music

Property Preparation and Accommodation Group

Tasks

  • Organise working bee’s to prepare property
  • Organise equipment, materials, supplies that the property needs for the seminar
  • Prepare accommodation rooms
  • Organise hire equipment such as cool room, pendals, toilets, showers, skip bin
  • Receive accommodation requests
  • Liaise with registration team
  • Set up tents/allocate names to tents for those who do not have one
  • Organise for older yogis/Mums with Children to sleep indoors

Comms, A/V & Webcasting Group

Tasks

  • Assist the Audio/visual and Webcasting team
  •  Ensure the team have all presentations and performances/music/videos in advance to ensure the quality is right and the songs are appropriate 
  • Help set up microphones and camera cables

Marriages Preparations Group

Tasks

  • Organise all materials and supplies for marriage, Mehendi, Haldi ceremonies
  • Have Yogini’s and yuvas ready for applying Mehendi
  • Direct Sahaja yogis during Haldi and marriage Ceremonies ensuring correct protocols
  • Set up Havans
  • Garland/vases for Shri Mataji’s Altar
  • Garlands for the couples
  • Silver/gifts for the couples
  • Large white cloth to hold up for when the couples arriveTeam to assist brides in getting ready
  • Team to assist grooms
  • Haldi to be ready for Sunday Morning & ensure the couples don’t see each other
  • Mehendi in Cones to be ready for Saturday night
  • Ensure the brides and grooms have eaten something before the weddings
